Covellea is not a directory. Every address you find here has been reviewed by our editorial team before it is published, and many more are turned down than accepted.
Our six criteria

The stay or service must belong to its destination: architecture, cuisine, people and landscape that could not exist anywhere else.

Consistent excellence
We look at service over time, not a single good evening. Recent guest feedback and direct checks matter more than awards.

Discretion and privacy
Our guests value calm. We favour places and professionals who protect privacy and avoid crowded, mass-market formats.

Transparent pricing
Prices are shown as a starting point or on request, never hidden behind bundles. No package deals, no single total for multiple services.

Responsive hosts
Partners must answer inquiries quickly and personally, in Italian and English.

Regular review
Every listing is re-checked periodically. When standards slip, the listing is removed.
The review process
- A partner applies, or our editors propose a candidate.
- Every submission is saved as pending: nothing goes live automatically.
- Our team checks the official sources, photos, reputation and fit with the destination.
- Only approved listings are published, with text written by our editors.
Our independence
Covellea does not sell packages and does not take bookings. You always contact the hotel or professional directly, or ask our concierge for advice. Some accommodation links may be affiliate links; this never influences which places we select.

Can a business pay to be listed on Covellea?
No. Partners can apply, but publication depends only on our editorial review. Payment never guarantees a listing.
Does Covellea book stays or services for me?
No. Covellea is a curated discovery platform: you send an inquiry directly to the partner or to our concierge, without any checkout.
How often are listings reviewed?
Listings are reviewed periodically and whenever we receive relevant feedback. Places that no longer meet our standards are removed.
