Partner Terms

    These Partner Terms govern the relationship between Covellea and businesses or individuals who apply to be listed as partners on our platform. By submitting a partner application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

    1. Application Process

    Covellea operates a selective, curated platform. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by our editorial team based on quality standards, destination fit, and alignment with our brand values. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

    2. Listing and Approval

    If your application is approved: • Your listing will be created by our editorial team based on the information you provide • We may edit, refine, or enhance your listing description and imagery to maintain editorial consistency • Your listing will only go live after final approval by our team • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing at any time

    3. Partner Obligations

    As a listed partner, you agree to: • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your services, availability, and pricing • Respond to inquiries forwarded by Covellea in a timely and professional manner • Maintain the quality standards expected of a premium, curated platform • Notify us promptly of any significant changes to your services, availability, or business status • Not misrepresent your services, qualifications, or affiliations

    4. Inquiry Handling

    Covellea forwards user inquiries to relevant partners. Partners are expected to respond within 48 hours. The contractual and commercial relationship is formed directly between the partner and the traveller. Covellea is not a party to any transaction between partners and travellers.

    5. Fees and Compensation

    The current partner listing model and any applicable fees will be communicated during the application review process. Covellea reserves the right to introduce or modify fees with reasonable advance notice to existing partners.

    6. Content and Intellectual Property

    By submitting images, text, and other materials as part of your application or listing, you grant Covellea a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt these materials on our platform and in related marketing materials. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the materials you submit.

    7. Data Protection

    Partner application data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data provided in applications is used solely for the purposes of reviewing applications, managing listings, and facilitating inquiries. We do not share partner contact information publicly without consent.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the platform. Covellea may immediately suspend or terminate a listing if a partner breaches these terms, fails to maintain quality standards, or engages in conduct that could harm the platform's reputation.

    9. Governing Law

    These Partner Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
