    Noto

A UNESCO masterpiece of golden Baroque architecture set among rolling Sicilian hills.

Noto: A Golden Canvas of Baroque Beauty

Noto stands as one of the most visually stunning small towns in all of Europe. Rebuilt in honey-coloured limestone after the devastating earthquake of 1693, its Baroque churches, palazzi, and streetscapes form a UNESCO World Heritage ensemble of extraordinary harmony. Every building seems to glow, especially in the warm light of late afternoon.

Beyond its architectural splendour, Noto is the beating heart of Val di Noto wine country and one of Sicily's most exciting culinary destinations. The surrounding countryside - a patchwork of olive groves, vineyards, and almond orchards - provides the setting for some of the island's finest agriturismo and masseria experiences.

Our curated selection in Noto reflects the town's unique character: intimate boutique hotels within restored palazzi, countryside retreats with farm-to-table dining, and artisan experiences that connect you to the living culture of this extraordinary corner of Sicily.
